2009

One of this year's judges, Hannah Serrano, wrote this introductory piece describing the show at 24/7 Cities.  Deb Markham, a past contributor to the show, wrote up a story for the Ghent Reader which contains multiple links to Renewal related stuff.

2008

The winner of 1st place in the 2008 show was local artist Davmo with a mixed media piece named The Lotus Dream.  ODU professor Richard Nickel entered his fun and cool ceramic piece, "We Are Vegetables," which took third place in show.

 

2008 marked the beginning of Symphonic's relationship with the Norfolk Drawing Group.  They are great about documenting local art events and have several groups of the '08 show on flikr (here is one of the best).

 

K@t Marsh and Gabriel Perry of MC7C deejayed the show, adding their touch of awesomeness.

2007
